    Use an email you can access and check the order details before payment. For a renewal, use the email from your previous purchase so the extension can be associated with your existing access.

  3. Receive your access details

    Individual access is delivered in 2–5 minutes after purchase. Check your purchase email and spam folder, then use the customer portal for credentials, connection guides and access dates.

  4. Connect and check your first task

    Follow the relevant SAP GUI or available browser guide. Confirm you are in the intended system and client, then open a small exercise and inspect its starting data before making changes.

If the expected delivery time has passed, contact support with your purchase email, order reference and the issue you see. Do not send passwords or full card details.

What exactly am I buying?

You receive one named SAP user on our shared SAP S/4HANA 2023 practice system, SAP_ALL for functional T-codes, SPRO configuration and ABAP development, SAP GUI and available Fiori/browser connections, connection guides and access support.

Is this a video course or a real SAP system?

It is access to a real SAP practice system. You log in and carry out exercises yourself. Formal training, video courses, exam bookings and certification awards are separate.

Do I get only one module?

The individual plans are a common access package for the functional modules and ABAP available in the shared system. Buying from an FI, MM or other module page does not restrict the plan to that one module.

Is the account shared with another customer?

You receive your own named SAP user. The environment is shared with other practice users; your individual plan is not a dedicated server or separate client.

Which SAP version do I receive?

The individual practice plans use SAP S/4HANA 2023. ECC, IDES and other-version pages help you compare environments; they do not mean a different system is included in your purchase.

Do I need my own learning material?

Yes. Bring the course exercises, certification objectives or practice tasks you want to follow. We provide system access and connection support. An instructor-led course and official SAP assessment environment are not included.
