SAP Access Without Server Installation
Remote SAP access lets you practise on a supplied S/4HANA 2023 system without installing an SAP server locally. Available Fiori and browser routes depend on the app; some exercises require desktop SAP GUI or a separate development tool.
SAP_ALL access covers functional transactions, SPRO configuration and ABAP development. The browser route supports configured Fiori apps and supported classic transactions through SAP GUI for HTML. Check your exercise’s app, role, data and tool requirements before purchase. This is paid system access; some exercises need desktop SAP GUI or development tools.

Use your supplied route
After access is delivered, open the connection guide in your customer portal. Use the launchpad or browser link supplied for your account. Keep a course’s separate SAP Learning system link distinct from this practice login.
Find the exercise’s app
Sign in with your supplied SAP user. Match the app name or App ID to your learning material, then open the configured app for your role. If it is missing, record its name and ask support before substituting another app.
Trace one small result
If your exercise supplies an authorised sample document, open it and note its ID and a status or line item. Compare the result with your material. If the app or data is missing, stop and send support the app name and exact message.

Before you buy
Check the exercise scope
Send the app name or App ID, the SAP product and release in your material, and the action you need to practise. For example, viewing a document and changing configuration may need different access. Confirm the app, authorizations and suitable data before buying.
Check your device and tools
Tell us your operating system and browser, and whether you can install SAP GUI or a development tool. For a managed work computer, mention download or installation restrictions. Check the individual app’s device requirements; detailed practice is usually easier on a computer.
Choose time after fit is clear
Confirm whether the task uses the supplied browser route or a desktop tool, then choose your practice duration. The individual plans provide the same shared system access. A separate Dedicated Client is available for teams that need a private client; it is a different offer.

Can I practise without installing the SAP server?
Yes. Our server is hosted remotely; you receive connection details.
Can I get SAP Fiori access without installing SAP GUI?
For an available Fiori app or a supported SAP GUI for HTML transaction, yes. For our supplied browser route, open the provided launchpad or browser link in a supported browser; a separate SAP Fiori Client app is not required. Match your exercise to the assigned role and configured app. Desktop features and development tools may still be required.
Is this free SAP Fiori access?
Our individual plans are paid practice access. SAP’s official trials and SAP Learning practice systems are separate options with their own conditions and available exercises. A free exploration environment may not match your configuration or development task. Compare trial and paid access before choosing.
Choosing your setup3 questions
Is SAP GUI for HTML the same as Fiori?
No. SAP GUI for HTML renders supported classic SAP transactions in a browser. The SAP Fiori launchpad is an entry point that can open SAPUI5 apps and configured classic applications. The technologies differ; a launchpad tile does not prove every transaction, app or required data is available.
Can I use any phone or tablet?
Do not assume full support. Screen size, browser and individual app support matter. A suitable computer is generally more practical for detailed exercises.
Can I use this for SAP Fiori certification preparation?
Use your own learning material and match the qualification’s SAP product, edition and exercises to the available system before buying. The plan provides system access; it does not include an official SAP course, SAP Learning Hub, an exam voucher or a certification result. Check the certification guide for the relevant pathway.

Does browser access mean Public Edition?
No. Connection method and SAP product edition are separate. Our individual system is SAP S/4HANA 2023.
What if the browser task fails?
Check your portal guide and access dates. Note whether sign-in fails, the app is missing, or the app opens with an error. Contact support with the app name or ID, browser, action and exact message; never send your password.
Does Fiori access include every development tool?
A Fiori launchpad login does not itself grant separate cloud services or external development entitlements. Our shared S/4HANA 2023 access includes ABAP development, but an exercise may require a separate tool or service. Tell us the tool, product and task before purchase so its requirements can be clarified.
