No. Permissions and owner rules still apply. Confirm the exact changes your exercise requires.
Is server access always read-only?
No. A sandbox label alone does not define the access included. Our S/4HANA 2023 service includes SAP_ALL for all functional T-codes, SPRO configuration and ABAP development. Specific apps, add-ons and datasets must fit the installed system.
