At checkout, check your country, selected plan and payment options before paying. Your customer portal keeps your login details, connection guides and access dates together.
Select your country at checkout. Check the exact plan, displayed currency, final total and payment options offered to you. If your country or chosen plan is missing, send our team the country name and plan you want before paying.
After successful payment for an eligible order, individual access is delivered in 2–5 minutes and a Dedicated Client in 4–6 hours. Check the email address used for your purchase and open your customer portal for login details. Keep your confirmation so you can check your access dates.
Follow the connection guide supplied for your account. Use SAP GUI or the available Fiori/browser route that fits your exercise and device. If a login step fails, tell support which connection you used, the step that failed and the exact error message.
