KEY RECORDS AND BUSINESS HANDOVERS
Keep the records. Connect the follow-up.
Trace the source record, assigned work and completion evidence. Keep EHS and connected business-process statuses separate.
EHS→PM / EAM→Review
From a finding to maintenance context
Start with the EHS location and event. Follow a finding into its action and task; inspect the connected maintenance reference only where the exercise uses that integration.
Location: reference, hierarchy and equipment or functional-location context.
Event and finding: incident reference, category, investigation step and recorded evidence.
Action: purpose, responsible user, due date and required approval.
Task instance: assigned work, its own status and completion evidence.
PM handover: linked notification or order reference where configured; check its status separately.
Review: compare the incident, action and connected record before explaining closure or remaining work.
Use the material or chemical reference and workplace context to explain the assessment. Record which information supports the controls and the next review.
Material or chemical: sample reference, intended use and relevant safety-information source.
Workplace: location, activity, hazard and example exposure.
Assessment: method, rating, proposed control and residual risk.
Responsibility: reviewer, action owner and due date; check personnel context where used.
QM handover: a quality-notification reference only if the configured exercise links it; it remains distinct from the safety event.
Result: assessment and action statuses, protective-measure evidence and next review date.
These are example record trails, not a mandatory sequence for every EHS process. For environmental practice, trace the requirement → compliance scenario → data or calculation → deviation/task → report. Use the relationships configured for your exercise. SAP foundations and integration reference ↗
YOUR FAMILIAR WAYS TO WORK
SAP GUI or Fiori. Keep the process in focus.
Use classic SAP transaction codes alongside browser-based access. The exact Fiori apps and transactions available depend on your role and the configured system.
Browser-based practice
Use the launchpad content assigned to your role. For an incident example, distinguish event processing, investigation, task work and analysis; a generic browser connection is separate from a native app.
EHS transaction practice
Start with the location and event or assessment reference. Trace the finding, action, assigned task and final report using the route in your material.
Selected code examples with their purpose and records to inspect. The CG and CVD examples refer to classic EHS/Product Safety functions. Confirm that component, release, configured records and permissions for your exercise. Modern EHS incident, risk and environment workflows use their own applications.
T-code
Practice focus
SPRO
Configuration entry pointExample: inspect the relevant SAP Reference IMG activity and setting. Match the configuration to the permitted exercise.
CG02
Specification workbenchExample: review a specification, its identifiers, properties and material reference. Distinguish specification data from an incident record.
CG42
Report templatesExample: inspect report-template structure and symbols. Compare the template with its generated report or label output.
CG50
Report managementExample: find a prepared report. Review its specification or material context, generation variant and processing status.
CG54
Report information systemExample: find report information by specification, material or generation variant. Keep the same selection criteria when comparing results.
CG55
Report validationExample: inspect a prepared report's validation stage and messages. Check validation separately from release.
CG56
Report releaseExample: review the correct report and its release status before explaining its next permitted use.
CVD1
Report shipping ordersExample: inspect the shipping-order reference and print/send status. Keep practice output internal; use CVD1 for shipping orders, not CG54.
These are selected SAP Fiori app examples from official SAP Learning, not a complete list. Their availability depends on release, application scope, configuration and assigned roles.
TASK PROCESSING
My Inbox
Example: inspect an assigned task and its recorded outcome in a configured EHS workflow.
INCIDENT ANALYSIS
Incidents - Detailed Analysis
Example: explore incident, near-miss and observation records using the permitted filters.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Manage Change Requests
Example: review a request where the separate SAP Management of Change scope is configured.
Plan your Fiori practice. These are SAP app examples, not a guarantee of every tile or feature. App availability depends on the S/4HANA release, configured catalogues and your authorisations. Share your required apps when requesting a demo. Official EHS roles and app examples ↗
Use your SAP Universal ID, separate from your practice login. Search by app name or ID, then choose your SAP product and release.
A clear next step

OUR CURRENT OFFER
S/4HANA EHS practice
Our current system uses SAP S/4HANA 2023. Match incidents, risks, actions and environmental exercises to the supplied application scope and starting data.
Use a practice system to reinforce EHS learning. Confirm your exact exam and deployment edition; access is independent of official SAP training and exams.
It is a named-user login for Environment, Health and Safety practice on our shared SAP S/4HANA 2023 system. EHS is active. Bring your own material and choose a configured practice task.
Can I request a free SAP EHS demo?
Regular access plans are paid. Request demo access by email or WhatsApp and describe the exercise you want to check. Demo scope is arranged with our team.
Do you sell SAP ECC or IDES access?
Current individual plans use SAP S/4HANA 2023. The ECC and IDES pages explain older-system requirements; they are not separate access products.
Is a shared practice system the same as a Dedicated Client?
No. Individual plans provide one named user on the shared system. Dedicated Client scope, users and terms are agreed separately.
EHS practice8 questions
Is SAP EHS active in this system?
Yes. EHS is active in our SAP S/4HANA 2023 practice system. Match the specific application, configured workflow and starting records to your exercise.
Can I practise incidents and workplace risks?
The topic map and selected workflow examples cover event recording, investigations, actions, workplace assessments and chemical-risk context. Use an authorised practice location and suitable fictional records.
Can I practise environmental processes?
Follow the configured compliance scenario and its requirements, values, units, calculations and task records. Check the particular collection, monitoring or reporting exercise required by your material.
Does this include a production compliance service?
The service provides practice-system access. Production deployment, regulatory submissions, legal compliance advice and live equipment monitoring are separate from this access service.
Are these examples the complete EHS process and app list?
No. They are selected workflow, T-code and Fiori app examples. Other processes and variants may apply to your material. Match the actual release, component, role and starting data to your task.
How do occupational health, change and waste fit?
These are related EHS learning areas. Their applications, integrations and practice records need separate confirmation. Chemical-risk practice also does not establish every product-compliance or dangerous-goods function.
Which SAP EHS T-codes should I start with?
Start with the process and component in your material. SPRO is a configuration entry point; CG02 and the report examples relate to classic EHS/Product Safety. Modern EHS workflows use their configured apps. The table explains selected code purposes; it does not promise every transaction is available.
How do EHS records connect to follow-up work?
Trace the location, incident or assessment, finding, action and task instance. Keep each reference, responsible user, due date, evidence and status. Where configured, add the linked PM or QM notification reference. Task completion, external-process completion and incident closure are separate checks.
Learning & connection6 questions
Does access include an EHS course or exam?
Bring your own learning material. Course enrolment, instructor-led training, exam vouchers and certification awards are separate.
How can I prepare for EHS learning or certification?
Use the EHS learning route and official SAP Learning references. Verify any qualification name, product, edition and current assessment requirements separately; this page does not invent an EHS exam code.
Can I use SAP GUI and SAP Fiori?
SAP GUI and browser connection routes are available. Native Fiori apps need their relevant application scope, catalogs, services and permissions. The displayed apps and SPRO are selected examples.
Can I use access alongside my own course?
Yes. Match the course release, application and starting data with the supplied practice scope. Your provider or instructor remains responsible for the course content.
Can I browse and choose access on a phone?
You can browse plans and contact our team from a phone. Check the requirements of the SAP application; a desktop or laptop can be more suitable for detailed exercises.
What does the EHS learning route cover?
It explains foundations, incidents and actions, workplace and chemical risks, environment, reporting and related application scope. Work through an eight-step incident example, compare the record trail and use the prerequisites, result checks and official SAP references to guide your own studies.
