SAP EWM sandbox — Define your practice boundary
- Warehouse records
- Use the warehouse, bins, products and stock allocated to your exercise. Shared records may also be used by other learners.
- Business actions
- Confirm which deliveries, tasks and confirmations you may create or change.
- Configuration and reset
- A sandbox label does not imply unrestricted warehouse configuration or an on-demand system reset. Agree those needs separately.
Example: compare two permitted putaway attempts
Complete a baseline
Follow one inbound example and record the delivery, task and destination bin.
Choose one allowed variation
Change only a permitted input in a fresh practice example, such as the quantity.
Inspect the warehouse result
Compare the tasks, quantities, stock type and destination with the baseline.
Explain the difference
Use the document references and relevant process data to explain the result rather than relying on memory.
If something differs
Another learner has changed the stock
Use the agreed practice records and check their current state before beginning again.
The variation needs configuration changes
Confirm the permitted setting and account arrangement first. More access time does not grant more configuration rights.
ERP SERVER ACCESS
How our access fits

Our individual plans provide shared S/4HANA 2023 access for compatible EWM exercises. Discuss a separate Dedicated Client when a group needs coordinated warehouse records and an agreed practice scope. Individual access includes SAP_ALL for all functional T-codes, SPRO configuration and ABAP development on S/4HANA 2023.
