EWM private server — Choose the level of separation you need

Individual account
One named user on the shared S/4HANA 2023 environment can suit solo EWM exercises.
Dedicated Client
The package provides a separate SAP client. User count and access terms are agreed with our sales team. Agree the warehouse records and permitted configuration for your team.
Exclusive infrastructure
A dedicated SAP system, private server, custom release or isolated external integration is a different requirement. Do not infer it from the client package.

Example: plan a team warehouse workshop

  1. List the learner roles

Decide who will inspect deliveries, perform warehouse tasks and review stock.

  2. Define the common scenario

Specify the warehouse, products, records and inbound or outbound process needed.

  3. Agree changes and records

Confirm the configuration scope and how each learner’s documents will be separated.

  4. Order the appropriate package

Review the confirmed terms and plan around Dedicated Client delivery of 4–6 hours after successful payment.

If something differs

You need a different SAP release

Ask whether that is offered. The current practice service is S/4HANA 2023; a separate client does not change the release.

You need custom external integration

Describe the endpoint and scenario at a non-sensitive level and confirm support before purchase. Do not send credentials.
