SAP server access — Understand the package before you buy

The environment
Our individual package uses one named user on the shared SAP S/4HANA 2023 system. Confirm the apps, data and permissions required by your exercises.
The connection
Connect through SAP GUI or the available Fiori/browser route described in your portal guide. A local SAP server installation is not required.
The learning material
Bring your own course or exercises. System access, formal teaching, official assessment systems and certification awards are different services.

From purchase to your first completed task

  1. Choose a suitable plan

    Check the current product, package and total term. Select individual access or discuss team requirements.

  2. Complete payment

    Use an email account you can access and check the order details before paying.

  3. Open your access information

    Individual access is delivered in 2–5 minutes after successful payment. Check your email and the customer portal for credentials, guides and access dates.

  4. Run a small exercise

    Use an assigned record, complete a permitted action and inspect its result before moving to a larger process.

If something differs

The access email has not arrived

Check the purchase email and spam folder, then the portal. If the expected delivery time has passed, contact support with your order reference.

Your learning task does not match the system

Check the product edition, release, app and sample data before changing records or purchasing more time.

Access support helps with account, delivery and connection questions. To extend an individual plan, buy again on this website using your previous purchase email.
