Use an email account you can check. For renewal, use the same email as your previous purchase so the existing access can be matched.
A suitable device and route
Use a supported browser or the SAP GUI setup required by your material. Connection instructions are supplied through the portal.

Get connected in four steps

  1. Choose the package

    Open the current plans and review the user count, duration and included service.

  2. Complete checkout and payment

    Check your email and order details before paying.

  3. Find the delivery

    Individual access is delivered in 2–5 minutes after successful payment. Check your email, spam folder and customer portal.

  4. Follow the connection guide

    Use the supplied system details and SAP login. Open one permitted practice record to confirm the connection.

If something differs

You cannot find the delivery

Check the exact purchase email and spam folder. If the expected time has passed, contact support with your order reference.

The portal works but SAP login fails

Check the separate SAP credentials and connection guide. Send the route and exact error to support without sharing your password.

For team needs, discuss the Dedicated Client package: a separate SAP client with 4–6-hour delivery. User count and access terms are agreed with our sales team. It has a different setup from individual access. Individual access includes SAP_ALL for all functional T-codes, SPRO configuration and ABAP development on S/4HANA 2023.
