SAP SD practice server — Plan three different sales exercises

Standard sale
Start with one customer, one material and a complete delivery. Establish the normal order, delivery and billing sequence.
Partial delivery
Use an authorised example to compare ordered, delivered and remaining quantities.
Return or correction
Follow the configured return or billing-correction process. Explain how its references differ from the original sale.

Example: compare a full and partial delivery

  1. Record the baseline

Keep a completed standard sale and its document references.

  2. Set up the variation

Use a new permitted example with an order quantity that will be delivered in parts.

  3. Follow the open quantity

Inspect each delivery and the order’s remaining quantity and status.

  4. Review billing references

Explain which delivered quantities have been billed and which process steps remain open.

If something differs

A document is already completed

Use a new assigned example for the next variation rather than changing another learner’s completed records.

You cannot explain the status

Follow the document flow back to the last completed step and inspect any block or open quantity.
