SAP PS demo — Ask what the demo allows
- Display or change
- Confirm whether you can only inspect a sample project or also create and change permitted records.
- Available project data
- Ask which project, WBS and network examples are available. A demo may not include your course’s specific project.
- Time and continuation
- Confirm how long access lasts and whether your demo records can be retained if you later buy access.
A four-check PS evaluation
Open a project structure
Find a WBS element and explain the work package it represents.
Inspect one date relationship
If a network is included, follow two linked activities and their planned dates.
Trace one cost
Find an actual posting or commitment and identify the project object receiving it.
Compare with your course
List any missing profile, app, permission or record needed for your planned exercise.
If something differs
The demo is display-only
Use it to assess navigation and sample records. Ask separately whether paid access permits the changes your exercise requires.
You cannot see an expected cost
Confirm the project object, reporting period and whether the sample contains the relevant posting.
ERP SERVER ACCESS
How our access fits

You can ask ERP Server Access about a demo for your PS scenario. Availability and scope need confirmation. Paid individual access uses the shared S/4HANA 2023 environment. Individual access includes SAP_ALL for all functional T-codes, SPRO configuration and ABAP development on S/4HANA 2023.
