We collect only what we need to take your order, issue SAP access credentials, and answer support. Open a section, or start a privacy request through the contact form.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details you give at checkout or on a support message
- Order and subscription details needed to provision the correct SAP access plan
- Messages you send through the contact form, email, customer portal, or WhatsApp
- Technical data needed to run the storefront, including cookies
How we use it, payments, and sharing
- To take payment, confirm the order, and deliver remote SAP access credentials
- To answer login, billing, renewal, and practice-system questions
- To send order-related email and occasional service updates
Card and wallet payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with Shopify for checkout, and with processors needed to deliver the access you bought.
Depending on where you browse, you can use privacy choices to opt out of certain sharing used for ads.
Cookies, ads, and your requests
Write to support@erpserveraccess.com or use the contact form to ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. Include the email used at checkout.
