## Service and pricing

- Shared retail plans are one-time purchases for 1, 2, or 3 months; there is no automatic renewal.
- Extra access time is included as 1+1, 2+2, or 3+3 months.
- Canonical United Kingdom reference prices are GBP 25, GBP 45, and GBP 65. The dedicated Client service has a canonical UK price of GBP 250.
- Prices and currency vary by visitor country. The amount displayed by Shopify for the visitor's market and the checkout total are authoritative for that visitor.
- Retail access is delivered by email and, when the customer opts in, WhatsApp in 2-5 minutes. The retail refund period is 7 days from portal delivery; eligibility is governed by the refund policy.
- Dedicated Client is a separate monthly service for companies, teams, and training providers. Provisioning is 4-6 hours and its refund period is 1 day.
- These contractual refund windows do not replace statutory rights.
